Part A — Terms of Service
Acceptance
By accessing or using CERTKO (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Code of Conduct in Part B. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Platform
CERTKO is a certification and compliance solution platform owned and operated by Instacertify Labs Private Limited ("Instacertify", "we", "us"). It provides regulatory guidance, product compliance information, search tools and related digital resources.
No Certification or Legal Advice
Information on the Platform does not constitute certification, testing, legal advice, regulatory approval or a guarantee of compliance. CERTKO is not a certification body, testing laboratory or government authority unless expressly stated. Always verify requirements with the relevant authority and qualified professionals before making compliance decisions.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the Platform or contacting us
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the Platform or its data
Intellectual Property
All Platform content — including text, data compilations, branding, design, software and documentation — is owned by Instacertify or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written permission, except for reasonable personal or internal business reference use of publicly available pages.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CERTKO and Instacertify are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or reliance on its information. Platform content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such exclusions are prohibited by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts or Platform features for misuse, unlawful activity, security risk or breach of these Terms, without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform.
Part B — Code of Conduct
Integrity
Act honestly and ethically in all dealings related to CERTKO and Instacertify.
Compliance
Follow all applicable laws, regulations and Platform policies.
Confidentiality
Protect confidential and proprietary information belonging to Instacertify, users and partners.
Anti-Bribery
Do not offer, solicit or accept bribes, kickbacks, corruption or improper payments of any kind.
Conflict of Interest
Disclose and avoid conflicts of interest that could compromise fair use of the Platform or our services.
Respect
Maintain a respectful, inclusive and harassment-free environment in all communications and interactions.
Information Security
Protect systems and data. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware or share credentials insecurely.
Reporting
Report suspected misconduct, security issues or policy violations to info@certko.com. We will review reports in good faith and take appropriate action.
